The location close to the Eagle Heights Hotel certainly suggests some opportunity yet to be capitalised upon.

Overall this is an enchanting and enticing acreage with exceptional privacy, excellent views and an abundance of wildlife located on the north-easterly ridge is probably the best piece of vacant land left in this premier location.
