In our busy world today we often seem to have trouble finding time to catch up with our family and friends to enjoy their company. So why not think of taking a weekend, a week or even longer to really get away from the hectic pace and just relax together in an extra large home with wonderful views and superb outdoor living areas? “Saguaro Views” has everything a family group or a group of friends could desire to enjoy a perfect get-together in comfort and style while enjoying the Mountain’s fresh air and sunshine in a very quiet setting.

On fine days and balmy evenings you can simply sit outdoors on the massive covered front verandah with its western side solar blinds and enjoy the superb Coast views and the Gold Coast night lights. Just wheel out the BBQ and put the men to work cooking the meats while the girls retreat into the kitchen, open up the big servery window onto the verandah, and hussle up some healthy fresh salads. If it is a cooler night, then you have all the facilities here in the kitchen you could ever need to cook up a super dinner to serve at the formal dining table where everyone can gather around like families used to do. At the end of the meal, just toss everything in the dishwasher and maybe play a game of cards. With 2 TVs, one in each sitting area, there will be no need for fights over who watches which programmes while relaxing.

What a joy to have 3 delightful bathrooms available! There will be no queues and everyone will be ready on time (can’t we all hope?). Then there is that extra couch in the large space at the top of the carpeted stairs. It can be used by anyone wanting to escape from the TV sets and general clatter to read a book. It can even be taken out onto the deck for quite reflection. The gas BBQ can be wheeled out onto whichever deck you want to use too.

“Saguaro Views” is a classic home from the inter-war period which has been elevated and built in underneath to provide 2 complete levels of living. The upper level retains the original patterned high ceilings and VJ timber interior linings plus beautiful polished timber floors and period windows. Carpeted stairs lead down to the very tasteful, new level with its 2 very large bedrooms, 3rd bathroom and sitting room that opens out through a security screened door into the small securely fenced inner garden where children can play in safety. All the furnishings and soft furnishings have been purchased new and installed here for the owner’s own use and pleasure when they stay in their holiday house which they will be using from time to time. They have pleasure inviting you to come and enjoy everything they have done to make their retreat just the best possible place to relax and unwind.
