bathroomPark Vista is a simple, 2 bedroom ground floor unit right in the centre of OLD Eagle Heights. It faces due east with a glass enclosed front sunroom that is pure Heaven on a winter’s morning & cool as a cucumber in the afternoon. The solid double brick building with suspended slab floors only houses 9 units and is renown for being exceptionally quiet. Park Vista is located at the southern end of the block and is probably the best located unit in the building.

One of the joys of staying in Park Vista is beautiful Bishop Park located directly across the tiny little street. It is always green. cool and picturesque, but when the Jacarandahs flower in the spring it is simply magnificent. The Council has even located a quiet seat under a big shade tree for people who want to sit quietly and enjoy the surrounding beauty.

A full concrete driveway at the northern end of the building leads around to the garage block. Unit 1’s garage is directly behind the main building with a handy covered walkway leading to the back door. There is also a gate in the rear fence that you can step through to go directly into the Eagle Heights shopping centre. Just a minute’s walk will land you at the bakery to buy your breakfast croissant or freshly baked bread still warm from the oven. The newsagency is only about a 3 minute walk away and you can do the short round trip from the bakery to the newsagency and back home. Palm Grove National Park is also only about a 5 minute walk away.
