This striking & unusual cottage has been beautifully designed for natural climate control with minimal glass on the western wall & wide expanses of glass on the eastern wall. The open plan living with a built-in seat / day bed opens out onto the deck through a huge double door glass set of ranch sliders. You can sit inside in the big comfortable lounge suite on the very coldest day & look out over the deck onto those fabulous views. Or, you open the glass doors wide & invite the breezes through.

bathroomThe partly covered deck with its expansive views of the twinkling Gold Coast lights is the place to be most of the time. You can rest & relax out here by day & night with ceiling lighting you can have on or off according to how you feel. The deck is equipped with an outdoor dining setting & a BBQ for those days when it is HIS turn to cook!

The spacious main bedroom with good built-in robe is directly opposite the bathroom facilities with an indulgent 2 person spa bath across the hall. The main bedroom enjoys a large eastern window that takes in the view.

You will appreciate that all furnishing items as well as the sound & vision systems have been purchased brand new to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.


  1. The entire house has polished timber floors with not an inch of carpet to be seen anywhere, making it an ideal place for asthma sufferers.
  2. The home is located about 25 minutes drive from 2 of the Gold Coast’s popular theme parks - Movieworld & Dreamworld - as well as the Coomera railway station if you want to take the electric train to Brisbane
