If you are a local Mountain resident, you have probably driven past this double storey home on its wide corner block without even noticing it! This is a large 2 part area that niftily combines a roomy sunroom / second lounge opening out to the tiled garden level front verandah and “the music room” where a baby grand piano reposes comfortably. The wall tones are actually fuschia and superb light tones drapes enclose the sunroom at night, while white plantation shutters have been used in the piano room. The second new bathroom, ensuite in style, is on this level as well as another room that could be used as a study, studio or even extra bedroom. The double garage with internal entry also has direct access into this area where the laundry is located.
