When you can stand on the ground on about the highest point in an established area and shoot off photos that show views from about Broadbeach north almost to Brisbane, you know that the potential for far greater views awaits to be realised. You also know that even a single level home will always have views as the land in each direction contains well established homes and gardens. However, the really best views that sweep virtually uninterrupted from the south-east to the north and possibly further around to the north-west, are awaiting a double storey home with huge north and east facing balconies.

The red soil land is nothing short of perfect, with a slight north-easterly slope that is ideal for drainage. There is not a single tree on it, just good kikuyu lawn that has been slashed, and more recently mowed, for about the past 5 decades. Good, high solid timber fencing runs along 3 of the 4 boundaries. All it needs is a flyover driveway and gate, plus the completion of the dividing fence between you and the rear neighbour to make it ready to live there with pets and children in tow.

There is one scrubby, shrubby tree that may be a black wattle on the Paradise Drive street frontage which is right against the fence and partly impeding the direct easterly view. At minimum, it needs a severe haircut, but ideally it should probably be removed. If it is a black wattle, they only have a short life span anyway and is already probably near its natural end.

This is one of the only 3 easily built on blocks remaining vacant on the pinnacle of Paradise Drive where the views are forever and the summer breezes bring their own natural cooling. The shape of the block also invites you to build with a long wall facing almost due north. What more could you ask?
