We think it is one of the most peaceful and delightful living spots you could ever wish to find, but don’t believe what real estate agents tell you (!!!), just ask some of the neighbours why they choose to live here. And, in a few years time the asking price is going to look very, very cheap because this is a proven capital gain location.
