An unusual situation here has given rise to this unique opportunity to obtain a fully approved tourism accommodation site on Mt. Tamborine. Some years ago the Beaudesert Shire Council realised that it desperately needed some land to create a second north-south road along the top of the Tamborine Mountain Plateau. The land is ideal for tourist accommodation as it is located opposite the very popular Council owned hang gliding jump-off site and close to other accommodation facilities including the long established and very popular Polish Gallery which also has a good public restaurant. Tourists love being able to walk to a good restaurant, have an enjoyable meal with a few glasses of vino and then walk back to where they are staying.

This location is central to the Mountain and handy to the numerous wedding venues and reception houses. The wedding industry is now a major income producer here that creates unprecedented demand for all types of accommodation for bridal parties and their guests.
