It is not often you come across a vacant piece of land with multiple zonings! However this lovely 712 square metre block is the exception to the rule. A little knowledge of local history helps here, especially if you lived here well over a decade ago when our current Tamborine Mountain Development Control Plan was being designed. The Council had 2 problems. The land has a good, apparently very well built, stone retaining wall on the street frontage and also some old loose laid cement slabs near the retaining wall. It is mostly cleared with just a few ornamental trees on it and offers a sunny rear aspect as the back of the block faces to the north.

Whatever you decide to do here, it is a good, easy building 712 square metre block of land with 17.9 metre street frontage perfectly located just across the street from Teas & Niceties & Tastes of Tuscany - 2 very popular food spots with locals and tourists. The popular Eagle Heights bakery is also just across the street. It is up to you to decide how best to use it.
