“Alcheringa” means dreamtime / the dreaming in our native Aboriginal language and one can only say that this beautiful piece of Tamborine Mountain is as close to Heaven as anyone would ever want to be! Here the past blends with the present to open up a spiritual timeline from the dawn of Gwandanaland to the present day.

“Numala” is a small concealed acreage estate on the eastern edge of Tamborine Mountain composed of just 11 blocks of varying sizes with the balance land dedicated as parkland. It is accessed via a gated entry and a single textured concrete road with no other exit / entry. Lot 7 is on the northern side of this estate and has its rear boundary adjoining Palm Grove National Park.

An area of cleared open land has been designated as the building envelope here on Lot 7 while the balance of the land still carries its original rainforest that blends into the National Park. All essential geological tests have been carried out to permit building within the designated building envelope. There is a private walking trail from the open home site through to the National Park.

The views from the home site are absolutely breathtaking as they span the entire Gold Coast & Hinterland in one magnificent, uninterrupted sweep. On a fine clear day the high rise buildings of Surfers Paradise seem almost close enough to reach out and touch. Both the views and the location are guaranteed to leave even the most World weary traveller speechless!
