YES! The movie “Condemned” (as well as the TV series of Beastmaster & other movies) was shot on this magnificent rainforest site! This huge 11.2 Hectare (over 27 acres) includes acres of relatively flat, cleared open area backed up against dense rainforest & this magical site seen here from the air where the movie was actually shot.

You can build on the top part of the land on the level open area & enjoy a north-east view down the Guanaba Gorge out to the sun rising over the sea, or you can follow the movie road down into the rainforest & get a geotechnical (soil) report to seek permission to build on the filming site. Information to hand suggests that the site is suitable for building, but only a soil report can confirm that. You would also have to obtain permission to move the designated building envelope, but it seems probable that such permission would be granted as the site already has road access & open areas ideal for a home.

As well as having its own natural wilderness in abundance, this 11 hectares of land adjoins a 15 hectare designated park that extends the untouched wilderness area.

No doubt over time, more movie makers will want to use this site, but if you want to build here & tell them to go away, you can!
