Now we don't guarantee that you will actually get bananas from these old
trees that we think are Lady Fingers, but with any luck you will! This land
was part of an old farm many years ago and the few bananas left were probably
part of a much larger paddock of them. At the very least they will offer a
start to your landscaping programme here.
Rich red volcanic soil is only one of the attractions of this block with
20 metre street frontage quietly located on the high side of pretty Ohia Court,
a lovely little pocket of Mountain beauty. It is the last vacant block in
the street, so a new home will snuggle in between well established homes & gardens.
The block slopes up from the street to a good building site at the rear where
it would ideally suit a home with garaging under. From that vantage point
the home would overlook tree filled vistas that include a dense rainforest
nature reserve with permanent creek supporting abundant bird life as well
as more distant ridges with homes dotted between trees.
If you are thinking about finding that special block for your future home,
this one deserves your inspection. It is within easy walking distance of our
beautiful Botanic Gardens as well as being handy to Gallery Walk and Eagle
Heights shops.
