It not only offers views to Coast & Ocean, it also offers wonderfully lush tropical views right down deep into the wild Guanaba Gorge with its hidden waterfalls that play restful music to you, especially on summer nights when the rains have been bountiful.

A huge open plan living area with high raked ceilings is the ideal place for everyone to gather & watch TV together, while those seeking a little more quiet relaxation can pop down to the rumpus room to quietly watch their favourite TV programme. Younger folk will probably want to go to the garage to play pool!

Beside the views, it is the large & private covered verandahs, the big roof top deck (all with superb views) & the lovely pergola covered BBQ area in the side garden that will appeal to larger families & groups of friends. Any number of days can be arranged to suit your requirements subject to availability

NOTE 2:

A booking fee of 50% of total cost must be paid within 7 days of making the booking

NOTE 3:

Balance of letting fee must be paid by bank transfer 7 days prior to occupation

NOTE 4:

Keys and map available from Mountain House Real Estate - to be collected between 2 p.m. & 5 p.m. on day of arrival.

Late arrivals please notify Mountain House Real Estate in advance so we can make alternative arrangements for you to collect the keys.
