“Paradise Views” is an exciting and unusual home with polished timber floors in the living areas that was designed around the grand panorama that spreads out in an uninterrupted sweep from north of Brisbane right out over Morton Bay and a long way down over the Gold Coast. If the spectacular night light display does not add enough interest to your holiday, just await the dawn sunrise! No two dawns are ever the same and some are so remarkable that they will stay in your memory forever; like the morning I drove over the top of the ridge just behind this home to see the immense area of ocean turned to a sea of molten silver by some inexplicable combination of atmosphere and the sun’s rays. Just don’t forget your camera or you will never forgive yourself!

The layout of the home makes it ideal for a family with children of varying ages or even a couple of families with children mature enough to sleep away from their parents. The top level has 2 queen sized bedrooms, one for each couple while the huge lower area could handle 2 more couples or kids / teens who are happy to share beds on 1 queen sized bed and 1 fold-out double sofa lounges. The main bathroom is for the parents upstairs while the kids have their own bathroom downstairs. There is a room divider between the 2 sleeping areas downstairs as well as a bar fridge and a couple of relaxing chairs for their use.

With a total of 3 TV sets as well as a stereo system and DVD / video player, the younger folk can do what they want in one area while the parents can enjoy a little peace in the other area. There is lawn space in the rear garden to play games and the huge downstairs area can be very useful if inclement weather happens.

Little touches of multi-coloured glass windows and front door only serve to add that extra sense of excitement and give that relaxed and happy feeling of a true holiday home with views to drive you quite crazy. And, there is a telescope waiting ready for your use and enjoyment here too!
