This absolutely unique and refreshingly different cottage reposes in a little hidden away cul-de-sac and looks north-east right out over the neighbourhood to expansive Coast and Ocean views. You can sit out on the front deck at night to watch the the glimmering lights of the Gold Coast. Or you can retreat to the rear covered & very protected back verandah where can cook up a BBQ and take a totally restful dip in the 4 person spa that hides amidst the tropical greenery.
Natural light streams in through wonderfully large tinted glass front windows and the cottage features a light & open cream kitchen with all the goodies including dishwasher. The extra big air conditioned loft / 3rd bedroom is as cosy and as Alpine as you would ever find. On a winter’s night, you just light up the slow combustion wood fire on the main level, turn on the mood lighting and then sit back and imagine you are somewhere in the high Alps of Europe.
You will enjoy looking out onto the lovely garden setting here including the front garden water feature and the lush and well hidden back garden alive with birds including our magnificent King Parrots who come to feed here and frolic in the bird bath.
The owners will accept a small pet, but please ensure that the wild birds are not harmed in any way!
