If
you have never driven down Eagles Close, be prepared to be astounded by the views that
greet you! No photos can do justice to the magnificent vista that extend from NSW to Moreton
Bay in a breathtaking panorama that on a clear day seems to bring the high rises in Surfers
Paradise so close you could almost reach out & touch them. When you manage to tear
yourself away from the views, take a look around the neighbourhood - No wonder we locals
refer to it as “Millionaires Row”!
“Eagle
Views” snuggles down behind a neat & tidy front garden with a lovely
little front evening sun verandah to welcome you through
its front doors & into the
foyer. There is so much to
see here from the comfort of the formal lounge with
its double leather couches to the informal living with its relaxing chairs & wide
screen TV. Floors are all tiled, the kitchen is beautiful & well equipped & in
the dining room, you feel like you are sitting in a
fish bowl overlooking Heaven & Earth.
Flick the switch & you have air conditioning, flick another switch & a wood fire
look gas heater sends out warmth. Turn on the fans
to just move the air through gently whenever you feel the need. No matter where you are
in the living room or if you are at the kitchen sink, the views form the backdrop to whatever
you are doing.
The large & beautiful main bedroom plus the children’s bedroom (2 single beds)
are located at the southern end of the home. Wide ranch sliders open out from the master
bedroom to the verandah & when you pull the vertical drapes you can stay in bed to
watch the sun rise out of the sea. A full bathroom ensuite with large corner spa & separate
shower awaits your indulgence.
The other 2 bedrooms (both with Queen sized beds) plus main bathroom, powder room & laundry
are positioned at the opposite end of the home. Then there is the huge full length rear
verandah with its glass balustrades & the incredibly tame magpies, kookaburras & butcher
birds that come in begging for your generosity.
Below are beautifully landscaped & terraced gardens full of bird attracting shrubs
where you can wander & relax to your heart’s content. We would call this a holiday
in Paradise! |
