This simply designed 3 bedroom cottage has just undergone a major redecorate in preparation for its new life as a Holiday Cottage and the owners have outfitted it ready for guests with all new furnishings and equipment, right down to all new kitchen utensils. The wide & covered rear verandah with its new 6 person outdoor setting & new BBQ is the perfect place to relax. Parents will appreciate that there is a gate at the top of the stairs to restrain young folk on the verandah. Parents will also appreciate the large wide open area of lawns where children can play and let off steam while being supervised from the comfort of the verandah.

“Butcher Bird Cottage” is privately located in quiet and picturesque Freemont Drive, a lovely level street which is ideal for leisurely walks. People who like to take long walks have a choice of directions from here with probably the most enjoyable walk being from the start of Freemont Drive out along Beacon Road to Henderson’s Knob with its National Park and fabulous north and west views.
