This delightful new home is set at the end of a long, private driveway on over 8 acres of mainly rainforest wilderness which includes a permanent running spring that forms the headwaters of Wongawallen Creek located right near the driveway. There is a waterfall here as well as abundant wildlife. The early morning bird chorus is simply magnificent - Only matched by the view of the sun rising out of the ocean! The Lodge takes its name from the scientific name of the great Wedge Tail Eagle (Aquila Audax) that can often be seen soaring on the thermals from this vantage point.

You will find seclusion, peace and tranquillity here as well grand Gold Coast views from all aspects of the house. The golf course is just a 5 minute uphill walk from the gate. The more adventurous may like to take a downhill bush walk via the track to the coffee shop on Henri Robert Drive, but unless you feel fit, take your mobile phone and call the taxi to deliver you back to “Aquila Lodge”
