This exquisitely captivating Cotswold Cottage was lovingly hand crafted to replicate all the most enthralling features of Old World living. The cosy lounge opens through double doors to the sun drenched morning room and beyond is the protected outdoor terrace sheltered from the wind by the rustic garage.

Quaint little doorways, heavy timber beams and dreamy upstairs dormer windows combine with the timber stairway and huge old brick fireplace to create an enveloping sense of cosiness and warmth. Polished timber floors on the upper level and quarry tiles on the ground level seem perfect with the English cottage decor and the stark white walls that echo the whitewashed interiors of an age long gone. The kitchen is traditional and practical while the bathrooms have all the comfort and facilities you would expect wrapped up in the shell of yesterday.

Imagine winter nights in “Fig Tree Cottage” with the rain beating a tune on it’s diamond pane leadlight windows while you are all cuddled up snug and cosy by the fire. Or maybe it’s a Sunday morning in summer time and you take you early morning cuppa out into the sunny sheltered courtyard where the scent of the roses and other perfumed plants mingles with the clean Mountain air to add something extra to the joy of just being alive. Breakfast can come later! When you feel the need for sustenance you can lock the door and stroll up around the corner into the bustling world of Gallery Walk with its cafes open and ready to provide a delectable Sunday morning breakfast.

Balance of letting fee must be paid by bank transfer 7 days prior to occupation

Keys and map available from Mountain House Real Estate - to be collected between 2 p.m. & 5 p.m. on day of arrival.
