It seems impossible to believe that this good quality brick and tile home was built 18 years ago and has since raised a family! It is almost impossible to convey the incredible nature of the rear outdoor living here. What more can I say, except that this is probably the best home and garden plus outdoor living I have seen in this price range for a long, long time. The owners are finally selling because their teens are horse people and they need acreage now to keep horses and kids happy! They have found a local property that suits their needs perfectly, so they have priced this property below current bank valuation to ensure a quick sale.
