There really is something magical about Lucania Court. It is certainly not a flat street, but it is one of the most picturesque and peaceful courts on Tamborine Mountain. Rainforest and birds give this area that is adjacent to National Park a special beauty and a feeling of solitude that is very hard to find these days. The appeal of any street can be best judged by how frequently homes come up for sale, and we can honestly say that this is a very settled neighbourhood where residents tend to stay for a very long time. It is a red letter day when we are asked to list a home for sale in Lucania Court. Yet, it is not a “way out” street but instead a “close in” street, being handy to both Eagle Heights shops and Gallery Walk. Yet it is a whisper quiet area seldom disturbed by strange cars or even wandering agents. The dawn chorus here will probably be the loudest noise you hear all day and we can’t guarantee that the local birds won’t wake you from you slumbers.

You will find this long, 20 square family home right down near the end of the court on the left hand side, backing into a dense rainforest thicket. Part of that rainforest engulfs the back garden while the balance is in the adjoining very concealed acreage property. The modern stylish kitchen with pantry is one of the lightest kitchens you could ever find with 2 big picture windows including one that looks out over the front verandah and allows you to see who is actually coming through the front gate.

Large sliding glass doors open from the family room out to the wonderful covered rear verandah while a huge, near floor length window also looks out over the sunny open deck. It is hard not to wax lyrical when discussing this wonderfully long and wide covered and lined back verandah with an extension that goes out beyond the family living and master suite in the form of a large sunny open deck. There is ample space here for children to play on a wet day and for Mum and Dad to relax with friends and entertain whenever they want to. Just sitting out on this verandah at any time of day or evening is guaranteed to wash away stress and put you in a good frame of mind.

The master suite with its ensuite bathroom and built-in robe has another set of sliding glass doors opening directly out to the deck.
