Due to the recent change from Beaudesert Shire Council to the new Scenic Rim Regional Council, we are of the opinion that an application for a more commercially oriented business here is unlikely to hit too many problems. What we can say is that there are not too many restaurants / cafes on Mt. Tamborine with stunning views. Tourists are always looking for somewhere to eat with views, so this would seem to be an ideal location. Think about a marvellous Sunday Morning breakfast here!
