bird feeding experiences. Suites are located on either side and to the rear
of the central living and a very large stainless steel full commercial kitchen.
A special individual ambience has been created in each guest suite. All suites
are individually air conditioned and equipped with mini fridge and tea making
facilities. The Dorset Suite is classically “Old England” in green
and burgundy tonings enhanced by floral touches. A claw foot bath as well as
separate shower recess await guests and the suite opens out through French
doors to a private balcony. The Safari Suite has been decorated in the warm
tones of Africa with touches of animal print to add to the ambience. It is
equipped with a luxurious 2 person spa bath and enjoys western views. Those
same glorious views and the lush tones of the rainforest create a feeling of
the tropics in the Daintree Suite that also features a 2 person spa. The Oriental
Suite has its own private sitting room and has been decorated in exotic eastern
tonings. It also features a deep spa tub to wash the cares of the World away.
All
fixtures, fittings & equipment needed to run the B&B plus decor items
(excluding original artworks & memorabilia), plus linen are included in

Privacy is beautifully preserved in the luxurious 12 square lower level apartment
with 12 foot ceilings and private deck which also encompasses stunning views.
This apartment features 2 bedrooms, each serviced by an ensuite bathroom, (NOTE:
The second bedroom is closed off from the apartment and used as The Garden
Suite. It can easily be reincorporated into the private living if desired)
study / 3rd bedroom, open plan living with timber floor and a brand new island
bench style kitchen with marble look bench tops. Vivid decor and ample windows
combine to make it a light, bright and exciting place to live. Living in these
surroundings would be like taking a 365 day a year holiday!
Other aspects of interest include: double garage with workshop and toilet,
double carport, ample parking for guests, excellent bore supplying all water
needs, wired smoke alarms. avocado orchard and fabulous gardens. “The
Grotto” with its cavelike setting and lush tropical vegetation is a world

Over the past year very substantial effort and funds have been invested into
updating and improving the entire building and facilities. There is simply
no further need for anything more than normal maintenance in the foreseeable
future.
