Introducing
Nina Worsley

Nina joined Lane Realty in early 2007. She became the first employee to undertake a Government sponsored 12 month traineeship which provides an excellent grounding in a wide variety of real estate aspects not covered by the normal licensing course.

Nina is “a local” who grew up on 10 acres at Tamborine Village surrounded by horses, dogs, cats, chooks and goats. During her younger years Nina spent a great deal of time attending pony club. She is a keen rider but is far too busy these days to have her own horses.

Nina attended Tamborine Mountain College where she met and formed a firm friendship with Hannah who introduced her to Lane Realty. Staying at the College when her parents moved back to Brisbane proved that Nina was resourceful and determined. She went through an amazing period of actually commuting every day from Coochimudlo Island (one of the Morton Bay islands) to school here.

Nina insists she did not want to continue with further studies after finishing high school so took herself off into the workforce as a waitress in our popular local cafes. She rose up to a managerial level with one of most highly regarded local cafes, but Nina knew she needed to find a goal in her life and the cafe scene simply didn’t fit the bill.

Since Nina joined Lane Realty she has proven both her capacity to learn and absorb information and also her ability to list and sell real estate. With sales successes under her belt Nina is now rounding out her experience by taking on the Management of Lane Realty's extensive rental portfolio.

Nina has attended a full day “Boot Camp” in rental management as well as a further full day training course in public relations. Nina, Marion and Christine have also had a day with a specialist trainer in the office learning the finer points of running our Rental Management Database. This additional training beyond what she has obtained through her traineeship have equipped Nina to handle the personnel side of Rental Management while Marion has enlarged her role to manage the financial side of Lane Realty’s Trust Account and Rental Management.

Nina is already demonstrating exceptional common sense and management skills as she settles into this new role with her usual high level of energy.
