Lane Realty was established at its current address in 1983. It was purchased from Ron and Christine Lane in January 1987 by the current owners and has operated continuously under the same trading name and at the same address for 21 years.

Lane Realty is a “boutique” real estate agency, trading only on Tamborine Mountain. We have become the leading real estate agency in the area by maintaining a high level of personal service and a level of ethical conduct that has won this small semi-rural agency four REIQ Real Estate Industry Awards over the years.

Our success has been built on hard work and an innovative attitude towards business and technology. Our small staff allows for careful “hands on” management that is only possible in a office where the owner is also the day to day manager, marketing manager, back-up salesperson, and coffee maker when needed. Technology has enhanced Lane Realty’s ability to provide professional service to our customers and clients.

Whatever we do, we always try to achieve the highest possible standard.

Being a small office makes team work a vital part of the Lane Realty service. Our listings are available to all the staff to sell, irrespective of who listed the property. We look after each other’s buyers, even negotiate and sign up contracts for a salesperson if that person is unavailable, or with other clients, when a purchaser suddenly says, “Let’s talk turkey!”.

There’s no real secrets to our success. Hard work and a willingness to listen and to learn have made Lane Realty the leading agency in this area. A sense of humour and a positive attitude are necessities for survival in real estate - there’s plenty of both in our office as you will discover the day you walk in the front door.
