Marian has lived and worked extensively on the Gold Coast for 7 years and has now followed her
dream to live and work on Tamborine Mountain. She has purchased a lovely new home here in the
Eagle Heights area.
Marian has bought and sold 15 homes of her own and can knowledgeably offer her clients an empathetic
ear when it comes to buying or selling. She has an eye for detail and can advise on how best to
present properties for sale to get the best price, turn shoppers into buyers, and using her experience
in people skills and human behaviour seamlessly negotiate a successful sale.
Originally from the UK, Marian likes to say she is English by birth, Australian by choice! She
brings with her a wealth of sales, design and marketing experience as well as her networking and
relationship building skills. She also has overseas investor contacts to boot!
Her skills are well demonstrated when you discover that she arrived in Australia alone
in 2001 and, although she did not know a soul when she arrived, went on to build a nationally
recognised government accredited training company focused on life and business coaching
as well as hosting a weekly talk show on Gold FM.
She believes her success was due to living by her values of openness, integrity and fairness
and her success in the real estate industry has been built on this strong foundation. Over
the past couple of years Marian has gained valuable real estate experience working with Elders & also
Century21, both on the Gold Coast. Marian has achieved over $10 million in real estate sales
in the past 12 months. She has invested considerable personal time in familiarising herself
with Tamborine Mountain as a prelude to joining the Lane Team.
Marian is a straight shooter - what you see is what you get, and her commitment to selling her
clients properties has gained her much respect and many of her clients have now become her friends.
She has a passion for helping families find a home and investors expand their portfolios as she
believes that, in this time of continuous change, we all need our sanctuary
