Hannah moved to Tamborine Mountain with her parents in 1997. After completing
high school at Tamborine Mountain College she went on to study Psychology
and Philosophy at Griffith University but after a year of study decided she
needed some ‘real work’ grounding. She took a position labouring with a civil
engineering company based in Warwick and Boonah for two years before an accident
which broke her collar bone left her unable to drive a bobcat or roller.
Hannah decided it was time to hang up the work gloves and look to a career.
She undertook the real estate course at Gold Coast TAFE at her own expense
and came to Helen with a request to spend her training period at Lane Realty
to obtain her sales licence.
It was never intended that Hannah would stay with Lane Realty, but rather
that she would move on & gain further experience with an agency on the
Coast. That plan was quickly shelved when Helen realised that Hannah was ‘a
natural’ at real estate. Training is one aspect of real estate, but
all the training in the World can not make a good real estate salesperson
if that person does not have natural aptitude. Helen observed that Hannah
had natural aptitude in abundance & was also a very quick learner. By
the time the supposed short period of experience was coming to a close, Helen
decided that Hannah was too good to lose.
Hannah has been at Lane Realty for three years now and has many happy
return clients under her belt . She has also found her niche servicing international
clients from as far away as USA and Japan. After quickly becoming accustomed
to ‘Skype’ Hannah recently remarked to Helen “I'm taking calls into the
night to accommodate my client's time difference- but I love it!”
Hannah is available for to discuss your real estate needs whenever convenient
for you. She can be contact via mobile, e-mail or the aforementioned skype.
